No, I’m not talking about a Facebook page. A Facebook group is free and can be a great way to build a community with your potential customers. Plus, with the right content and the right people, it can be a strategic method to engage with your audience and potentially drive revenue.
With the changes in Facebook’s algorithm, it’s becoming harder and harder to have your audience see your posts unless you use paid advertisements. A Facebook group can be a simple and effective way to keep in touch with your customers without constantly pushing your products onto them.
