Congratulations, you’ve survived (and hopefully thrived through) the Black Friday/Cyber Monday craziness. But don’t get too comfortable, the holiday season is in full swing. For most product-based businesses, sales tend to slow down after ship deadlines pass in December, so you definitely want to make the most of this festive season.
If the holidays have snuck up on you, don’t be worried. At this time of the year, customers are looking for an effortless and stress-free shopping experience, and you can definitely make a few changes to provide this for them.
