Part of growing your business means growing your team. Of course, it’s easy to have strong communication when you have two or three employees. But, as you hire more and more people, you need to have the right systems in place to keep everything running smoothly and keep them motivated in their tasks.
Once you hire someone, they become a part of your team. You can’t expect them to know everything right away, so it’s essential to set clear expectations and have an effective on-boarding process. Afterwards, you have to invest in their development and growth and keep up with meetings to ensure your goals are aligned.
On this week’s episode, I’m sharing the ABCs of managing a team, from on-boarding, to goal-setting and performance reviews.
